With a medical background of more than 30 years, Kathy Whitaker brings a professional and caring approach to the services she provides at Lower Columbia Esthetics. As a licensed Esthetician since 2007, Kathy enjoys taking the time to educate her clients about their skin, recommend different treatments and products and works with others businesses in the community to ensure the client knows about what’s available to them even outside of Lower Columbia Esthetics.

Kathy is trained, licensed, and certified to administer all manner of laser treatments for skin rejuvenation, hair removal, and tattoo removal. She also has over 13 years experience with microdermabrasion treatments (a sophisticated resurfacing technique that helps the skin naturally repair blemishes, scar tissues, wrinkles and other skin imperfections).

In the last 9 years, Kathy has also begun doing permanent makeup treatments such as eye-liner, lip liner, brows, etc. Kathy has applied permanent makeup nipple tattoos to women recovering from breast cancer and reconstruction. This is likely one of her most satisfying treatments; helping women going through such a difficult time.

Kathy understands the fragile nature of skin, and uses a gentle, conservative approach to her skin care treatments. Many hours and years of training with different methods of esthetics and medical beauty practices, have taught her well-rounded techniques in skin care.

Kathy also provides other medical services alongside 2 board certified medical professionals who are her medical directors.

Kathy has owned Lower Columbia Esthetics since 2000.

Jane graduated from Everest college in Vancouver Washington March 2013.

Her skills proved well practical and clinically, specializing in her passion of relaxation, and deep tissue modality of therapy. Being intuitive and mindful with a caring approach, makes your experience a personal time where you are reflected, built up, and listened to.

She enjoys volunteer work and has been a blessing to Agape children’s cancer camp, nursing homes, the senior fair, and for fun--the pirate festival!

Prior to Massage therapy, Jane was a beautician in her early years, and then went into the dental field, for the past 30 years. Now she enjoys the healing peaceful energies associated with massage, and is waiting to bring that gift into your life. She loves the unique, massaging outdoors, on a sailboat or ??
